Band Bio

Off the Bar Brass was formed in the fall of 2020 by trombonist Tom McHugh. They were born on the streets of Manhattan — first wandering from restaurant to restaurant in the West Village, before booking gigs at private events, street fairs, and music venues. The band strives to have a diverse book of music, spanning 60 years of pop culture for everyone to enjoy. “Off the Bar” is a reference to soccer culture, of which Tom is an avid supporter.
